there are collections of cheap but very high quality icons available from http://www.iconexperience.com, they come in different shapes and styles (drop-shadow, png, ico format ...)
I bought the standard collection for $129 a couple of years back .. I think of buying all the rest since the EURO is currently worth more ($129 = approx 95Euro).
