Thanks for understanding my poor english Chad I'll anxiously wait for the CVS update ;-) Regards Bruno Chad Brandon dijo lo siguiente el 17/02/2005 23:03: Yes youre right about specializations of the entity, they should go into the source (if the parent has a business op)so yes its a bug, Ill fix it. What about the bussiness methods declared abstract in a parent? They should be implemented in children Impl, isn't it? Only if the children is not abstract, of course. Am I right? Bruno Chad Brandon dijo lo siguiente el 17/02/2005 22:53: No, it's not a bug, it's intended to be that...there shouldnt' be impls generated unless a business method is modeled on the entity. That's what you're asking about right? You can always override the cartridge descriptor to change this behavior if you want. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Bruno Surez Laffargue Sent: Thursday, February 17, 2005 2:48 PM To: Andromda User Subject: [Andromda-user] Entities generation Hi, I've updated today and after generation I've seen that now the entities (i'm working with hibernate cartridgewithout bussiness methods are generated into the target. There's a problem with the deferred methods. The hierarchies children classes should be generated to src with the deferred methods, even if they don't have bussiness methods. I'm in a cul-de-sac because both solutions (deleting old src Impl classes or letting them in src) cause compilation errors... :-( Is it a bug?
