I wrote a section on AndroMDA but it was cut by the publisher since it didn't flow with the rest of the book. Sorry, but it doesn't pass the 150 page rule- not even close.
You may also be interested in "Executable UML: How to Build Class Models" by Leon Starr. The second half covers many useful modeling patterns and contains practical advice from someone with extensive MDA experience.
