I'm afraid you'll have to invest some time in learning how the cartridges work. What is concerned the bpm4struts cartridge I can say that modeling an operation does not necessarily mean that exact operation will be generated.
In your example it would mean that this operation would be generated into the controller class and would have access to the two parameters you have modeled, via the form argument.
