it should be sufficient to have the table display columns A, B and C .. if you 
model an action that will work on this table and it's sending a parameter from 
column D it should work fine



any parameter that is not modeled as a column will be retrieved from the value 
object in the table list anyway if you model it as an event parameter, you 
don't need to restrict yourself to the column
