I was able to finally look at your problem: yep I got the same error as you in 3.0, however I tried with the latest CVS 3.1-M1-SNAPSHOT and didn't get the error, is it possible for you to upgrade? I would seriously consider it because model processing time has improved by over 2 times of what it is in 3.0 (in addition I've changed the way validation is handled: it now occurs in the beginning before anything is generated). You also have the andromda server which can dramatic increase performance as well. The latest build that I tried will be available on http://team.andromda.org/maven after the next continous build finishes (usually an hour or two).
