no, the datatypes are mapped to platform specific types using an XML mapping 
file (http://galaxy.andromda.org/docs/mappings/JavaMappings.xml), you can 
override this file to use the types you want (they still have to be datatypes 
though)



just replace datatype:: with the package they are in, for example 
org::andromda::my::own::datatype::package::
