The only reason why the web module would build a jar (instead of a war) is 
because this property "maven.multiproject.type=war"  isn't set or set to jar 
instead.  I would check <your project>/web/project.properties and make sure 
that property is correct.  



Nothing has changed in the andromdapp plugin in the last couple days that I 
know of (if you regenerated your app).
