Yes, we should have them there. However, this would also mean that all the jars 
we depend upon would also be uploaded there. For example, the modified MDR jar 
that we run. This, in turn, would require that we check the license details for 
that jar in order to make sure that we may legally upload that jar. It would 
also mean that we keep the patch somewhere so that our build process is able to 
reproduce that jar with each new version of MDR that we use.
