I see, yeah the first Struts cartridge had that .. one question: why do graphs exists if you can model it mor eeasily with classes/relationships ?
I find class diagrams for process logic counter-intuitive, it works but when you do in more detail you'll quickly see it increasingly becomes harder and harder, at least that's my experience with it .. I just checked out that Rational stuff (I thought that zip contained something I had to deploy and I was too lazy to even download it) yeah it looks a lot like what Exadel Struts Studio is doing, I think it requires too much from the end-user, what I mean is it's closely tied to the web environment via stereotypes .. in MDA we try to avoid doing that, bpm4struts graphs could be used to generate swing apps or other non-Java front-ends (at least that's what we try to achieve) anyway, I have never tried that Rational stuff so I can't say for sure, it looks nice though .. probably a valid alternative -- Wouter Zoons - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.andromda.org/ _________________________________________________________ Reply to the post : http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2842#2842 Posting to http://forum.andromda.org/ is preferred over posting to the mailing list! ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
