AndroMDA is not affected by any firewall, it's a local process running on a UML 
model and that's it



what you mean is that some users run AndroMDA from Maven, and Maven needs to 
download dependencies .. therefore the answer to your question can be found on 
the Maven site, here's the link that will explain you how to configure a proxy 
so Maven knows how to download from your machine
