Dear all Colleagues and Friend, This morning when I did listen the RFA, I really do supprise because a hot news and hot topic of RFA from Cambodia is RAINY.....? Actually the rationalization of rain is normally during Phchum Ben [Rainy Season]. But why Mr. Kem Sos does consider? Why don't interest on Freedom of Expresssion, Political Issue and other?
