Dear All,The agreement between Cambodia and Thailand in Siem Reap is
meaningless because it did not set conditions for Thailand to withdraw
troops. The agreement will pose problems for Cambodia in the future because
Thailand will use this agreement, which did not ask Thailand to withdraw
troops, and therefore will act as a de jure documents recognising the Thai
occupation of Khmer territories, to make a permanent claim of ownership of
those areas. It is dangerous for Cambodia. Please read the analysis below:
