Dear All, There are rumours that Gen. Ke Kimyan and Gen. Chhin Chanpor have been arrested and detained the headquarter of Military Police on Sunday 14th Feb. An official from the headquarter of Military Police who spoke on condition of anonymity said that the rumours are true, meaning that Gen. Ke Kimyan has actually been arrested.
