The navit package and speech-dispatch (speechd) have seen quite a few PR
bumps since the stable branch was tagged. Although 0.0.3 builded
perfectly in stable branch, it lacks some functionality. So please try
building from .dev branch.

Whether we should backport the changes is another matter that needs core
Angstrom developers' approval.
