Well, modprobe garmin_gps did not work. Should it have been a - rather
than a _?

It did not auto-load anything when I plugged it in, and as I said
modprobe garmin_gps did not work. But insmod with the full path and
full filname did. I will try it later on after I have re-booted and see
if it learns the path.
