Suggestion: ask less, learn yourself more. There're not many people
round who can afford wasting time explaining obvious things, like the
fact that MoinMoin handles user registration itself. Mere try to do
that would give you all answers you ask for.

Everyone who adds or edits wiki takes responsibility before
community for content, structure, and maintenance of those pages.
Then, wiki maintainers use common sense for their judgement how
responsible this or that edition or addition to wiki. For example, if
someone duplicates information available elsewhere in the wiki, or in
the wikis of related projects, this is by default considered
irresponsible act. Why? Because, instead of one source of information,
there're now two. If changes made to one, they either need to be
propagated to another (== lost effort) or one copy grows outdated
comparing to another. But people still can read and act on old copy,
and this causes additional user support load.

So, what happens if incorrect/irresponsible adds/edits are detected?
This depends on the current situation in project and background. We
don't have enough wiki maintainers to restructure wiki in such way
that both consistency of documentation is preserved and users' random
edits are put where they belong (== mostly on users' personal wiki
pages). At the same time, we have vivid examples of some related
projects where due to maintenance neglect wiki went into havoc (for
example handhelds.org wiki). Taking into account this situation,
deleting "bad" content is unfortunately most realistic option we have
if we don't want to have garbage bin right from the start ;-(.

  So, what's the solution:

1. We've passed 1st stage of wiki evolution - "Contributions
welcome", and now at 2nd - "*Good* contribution welcome", aka "Please
use good judgement when adding/editing stuff".
2. As a specific interpretation of previous point, users are welcome
to think if the information they add is a personal wisdom they'd like
to share with others, or something worth to become part of official
Angstrom documentation/wikispace. For first type, everyone is welcome
to use "user pages" (named like FirstnameSecondname), so noone is
confused at what status it has. If in doubt if info belongs to 1st or
2nd category, always use 1st choice. If time will prove that you
maintain that information over time and it is of interest to
sufficient number of users, it is welcome to be merged to "standard"
docset.

One last point: as you see, it takes space and time to describe all
guidelines and peculiarities of some matter. So, again - don't expect
answers all the time, apply your best effort and judgement to get the
answers yourself and get better understanding of the entire area.
