Let me know if the tetex package works this way. For my machine
(borzoi) there is supposed to be a tetex binary, but it doesn't work.

This is interesting information. IMNSHO Angstrom is by far the most
usable and stable linux distribution for these machines, but the
available packages are severely limited. I did try to wade through the
build process, but did not succeed. Maybe I will have to try again, but
that is way beyond tweaking Makefiles or running ./configure scripts.
