Hello, I'm a london based final year medical student and I'm very stuck.
I installed Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-test-20070804-spitz-installkit.tgz on my CL3200 today. The install went fine but I can't make the wifi card, a Planex cw-CF11x, work. The green light on the wifi card flashes but not much else happens. I also can't find hostap.conf in this distro. It isn't in /etc/hostap.conf, find / -name hostap.conf didn't find it. >From dmesg it appears that Angstrom tries to use a Prism 2 driver with my card. Could the problem be I need to make it use a Prism 3 driver? I have not installed task-base-wifi (as I saw mentioned in a previous post) because it is already installed. Do I need to install other packages?
