Ether EVDO or HSPA, depending on the network.  Hoping to try it in a week.

Can you drop me the driver off-list?  It's not reflecting the driver
out.  I did want to get this on the list, because there was a report
on the Consumerist about disputing weather excuses with airlines (if
you can see everything clear between the airport and your destination,
you can call the airline and find out the actual problem and get
rebooked).  It'll be intresting to grab ye Akita, hook the USB modem
into it, dial in and find out what's going on.
