WPA in Kernel 2.6.23 does at least *NOT* work on Poodle.
So, it's not just related to 2.6.23 or 2.6.24 and I have exactly the same
symptoms here like you others.

Strangely some weeks back I built and used the rp-2.6.24 kernel (or maybe it
was a rp-pre-2.6.24-git-something, not sure any longer), which worked with WPA
without problems on my Poodle.

So, personally I think it's more a problem in the crypto-modules.
Maybe other people here could try a "cat /proc/crypto" after modprobing the
arc4 module ?
Although the arc4- and ecb-modules are loaded, they do not show up in the list
the same way they show up on my Laptop.
