That's a pretty good price, but it's something of an engineering project 
since it needs a power supply, packaging, etc.etc.  And if you want UL 
or CE you have to do it yourself.

I've just noticed this:

which is about the lowest cost (~$300) I've seen for touch and published 
OS.  I think that's hard to beat.

There are a number of these solutions that run CE, but which are 
(relatively) expensive ($700-800), and a number of very interesting, 
very low cost systems that run proprietary OS's. Getting Angstrom, or 
some similar embedded graphics on one of the really low cost ones would 
be interesting, but might be a challenge, just wonder if anyone's been 
there.
