Yes. You can also use Z-Host cable, Mini-A plug <-> A-receptable reduction, several "All sorts of USB" cable/reduction sets, or Mini-A plug -> Mini-B plug cable (if opposite side uses Mini-USB). See also http://www.usb.org/developers/onthego/london/OTG_mechanical.pdf Note that current kernel does not yet support automatic OTG switching, which should work as following: - If USB ID is grounded, send 5V to the connector and switch to host mode. - When 5V power appears on (unpowered) connector, switch to client mode. - Otherwise keep USB off. http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2879 As a side effect uf this bug, Mini-B plug can be used to power client device. (Standalone Mini-A plug is very hard to find. I failed to buy any.) -- Stanislav Brabec http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/zaurus _______________________________________________ Angstrom-distro-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linuxtogo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/angstrom-distro-users
