Try turning on the BT by executing: /sbin/hciattach /dev/ttyS3 any 921600
If this does not help (nothing returned by hciconfig or hcitool sca) write what happened (there is always something happening - at least in dmesg or in system log ). Blueprobe script just check which device it is running on and applied best known BT configuration - it is done only once.
