It is a known issue - h2200 can't reboot properly (at least with stock windows bootlader - I didn't tried LAB (and I wouldn't recommend it for you to try - it's olad and not really supported)). It is a kernel problem, but I doubt that it will be fixed soon, since handhelds.org kernel development ceased, and nobody have forward-ported and submitted hh.org patches to current vanilla kernel yet.
