No, although iPaq h3900 may look similar to h3800, inside it's a very
different machine - different processor, different companion chips, etc.
And it seems that currently h3900 have much better kernel support than
h3800. In fact kernel 2.6 on h3800 is barely usable, and since Angstrom
stick to using 2.6 kernels, it's barely usable too. So, unless you are a
kernel hacker, you're out of luck.
