I'll answer first, shall I?
The Narcissus online builder (
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/narcissus/ ) can currently build
unstable images for Collie. With Narcissus, I built a stable and
unstable version, and both had kernel 2.6.28. I have not tested these
as I run OpenZaurus on mine, and I'm quite happy with it, so I cannot
say how well these perform. I read somewhere (can't be sure where) that
the touchscreen and sound don't work. So, until the Collie platform is
definitely listed as stable, I'll be sticking with OZ.
