Hi,

I searched the wiki before asking and could not find enough information on
x86/ppc info. The image builder doesn't seem to have an x86 or PPC option.

I have two old machines, one a still-pretty ibook PPC 500mhz, the other an
*old* x86 server that refuses to die. I'd like to use Angstrom on both, but
it's not clear how. I browsed the package repos and it looks like there are
x86/ppc versions of most applications. I can learn to build the rest. I can
build disk images on my Debian laptop, so chainloading from GRUB is possible
once I write the images to disk.

Maybe Angstrom is not the right tool for the job? It is also the case that I
am at the bottom of a learning curve for Angstrom, so I may not be the best
candidate for attempting an x86/ppc install.

Honest feedback is welcome.
