I brought down a new kexecboot about a week ago(and flashed it) and brought
down a new narcissus build, unstable - console - medium task with python and
some wireless apps yesterday(13th) and put it on a sd card.

It seems to have worked better than any recent build and actually seems to
start the kernel and then stops with the text in landscape mode and the
following text on the screen:

" [<c0038024>] (__do_softirq+0xe0/0x1e8) from [<c003816c>]

I do not know if the above error message is any help, but hopefully it will
give someone a clue as to what happened. I will keep trying the same build
and keep my fingers crossed.
