I made a plunk with my code but it works less than my local version. I think the problem is in the library references because I don't know why the same code works in my local server and it does not in plunk. This is the link: http://plnkr.co/edit/TxiUaV?p=info. Feel free to do with it what you want. However, you can access to all my file from github, too. In the link https://github.com/ardiadrianadri/angular-bootstrap you can access to the main directory of my code and watch all the files inside of their directories. You can also download the code and run it in your local if you wish.
