Do you mean pagination in AngularJS? Normal scrolling can be implemented by
some basic CSS properties (Check
here<http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_overflow-y.asp>
).
Please be more specific about what you are trying to implement and add some
plnkr/JSFiddle code.
