After upgrading to Angular 1.3.0-rc.0 my karma test runner breaks due to the change of $location html5mode. in the latest angularjs version the html must contain a base tag, and it breaks with $location in HTML5 mode requires a <base> tag to be present! error message, i tried to add the base tag to karma html files... didnt work
