As all things, you need more time to be good programming with Angularjs.
But I think in 2 or 3 days you can easely start to write an entire
application, even if (probably) your code will not be the best anguar code
ever.

I've used this tutorial:
https://thinkster.io/angulartutorial/a-better-way-to-learn-angularjs
in 3 days I start feeling comfortable with angular way, and able to write
some not-too-much-complex applications without problem.

NB: the tutorial suggests to read a book. I haven't read that, and I think
isn't necessary.
