Background: We are about 6 weeks into the startup lifecycle, meaning that it was just 6 weeks ago that we agreed to co-found a company. We have a 3-5 year road map (which is agile enough to adapt to change) that includes several revenue-generating milestones, the first within 9 months. We have a verbal agreement with a local university to partner on research, development, grants & funding, and customer/market stuff (not my area of expertise). While all the legal and business process are slowly chugging along, we've been very busy focusing on our vision, road map, deliverables, etc. I'm mainly responsible for the technology stack and implementation as well as design and UX. My strengths and experience are mostly in software architecture, design and UX and I'm most comfortable with the 30,000 ft view down to the 1,000 foot view. I realize that there is a lot of value in having experience on the front lines (the 0 to 1,000 foot view), and while I am confident that the technology stack I've chosen is a solid choice, I would like to get some input and guidance from someone who has recent, significant experience working with modern web development technologies and has had a significant influence on technology stack decisions. Moreover, someone with a constant eye on emerging technology, future directions and the current bleeding edge. I'm looking for a consultant adviser for 5 to 10 hours a month for 3 to 4 months. I'm not looking for a partner or employee and I'm not considering equity arrangements; just $ for consulting services. Yes, AngularJS is part of the stack I've chosen.
