I have seen a number of posts inquiring as to the best practice for passing output values from child component to parent and back again. Author Deborah Kurata has suggested using a service singleton subscribed to by each component which needs it which would pass the messages around.
So I have been kicking around in my head what this would look like. Would each component have some sort of identity which it would read each message and act on the ones addressed to it? Therefore all messages would be visible and infact looked at by all components subscribed? The application I am currently building just has a mass of public data which components act on via onchange event bindings. Works for me now, but I suppose not scalable. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AngularJS" group.
