I don't know your environment, so I can't give details. The gist of it is that you need to provide the depended for the application. If you can't do it with the IDE, I would suggest you dump it and head over to http://angular.io and follow the tutorial on how to do it manually. Once you know how to do it, then maybe that will help you set up the IDE
