Hi Martin, I'm inclined to say ng-cli. It's not yet geared towards library development, but I heard there will be some options for that in a not too far future. Thing is, most tooling is not really suitable for library development just yet. You don't want to create a large monolith, and yet you want the use of it so simple it acts like one. I would say, check out ng bootstrap <https://ng-bootstrap.github.io/#/home>, they seem to have the best option I encountered so far. Perhaps that's the best seed available to you now ;)
