Hi Fabien,

No, you don't need 2 servers for an angular app. You can host your app 
using a single server. 
But for development, I would advise to keep your server in a separate 
project and configure the CLI to use a proxy to your API server. You will 
thank me when you need to start working with this stuff in production. 
Deployment is a PITA otherwise.
