It’s a while since I have looked, but I didn’t find any decent libraries a while back. For a good text-to-speech, you have to turn to large providers as Google <https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech/>, IBM <https://www.ibm.com/watson/services/text-to-speech/> or MS <https://azure.microsoft.com/nl-nl/services/cognitive-services/text-to-speech/> . This is also dependent on the language you want to speak.
