Can you be a bit more specific on what you need? What part are you missing?
It seems you have the upload itself covered, Is it just creating a file 
object from a string then?
Something like this will do that:
  function (text) {
    const data = new Blob([text], {type: 'text/plain'});
    const textFile = window.URL.createObjectURL(data);
    return textFile;
  };

Does that answer your question?
