Hi Scott, That sounds like a bug in Angular Elements. Can you make a minimal reproduction? Preferably in a StackBlitz <https://stackblitz.com/fork/angular>. Angular Elements makes a standard DOM event from @Outputs, My suspicion goes that something happens there.
