Hi Ronald. Easy question. It's not using NodeJs at all. That is, your Angular app is not at all using/depending on NodeJs, but the tools you use to build/develop your application are. It's like a car, to build one, you need a pretty elaborate workshop. Once its done, its done. You only return it to a workshop for maintenance.
