Hi sumit Saml requires service providers & authentication providers.
User request access to service providers by sending user credentials. Service providers delegates the request to authentication providers for verification. Authentication providers sends the response to service providers to grant or deny. The request & response will be using saml file encryption &decryption mechanism. Pls do the same.
