Thanks for the software - great fun. I've got Eyesweb 3 talking to Animata (translating the OSC through a Max patch - tried GlovePIE but couldn't get it to work)
I have a problem translating the data I have in Eyesweb to my model in Animata. Think part of my brain might be missing! I can make a set of joints in Animata follow the correct trajectories but when I create a model everything suddenly confuses my poor brain. The bones....the bones. Everything goes funny when I add bones. I guess I need to scale the values I am sending because my model is rolling itself into a ball. Is it possible to scale the model via osc? or should I do it at source. Or maybe it would be easier to calculate vectors from one joint to another. I think this is a simple problem but as I said part of my brain is missing. If you don't understand what I'm asking then don't worry - nor do I! If you do understand then please explain it to me!
