Dear List, I am trying to assign trajectory modes obtained using the "partmod" function in adehabitatLT to the individual data points that constitute the trajectory. Thus far, I obtain an output that lists the start and end points of each modeled segment. Is there any way to assign these model numbers to the individual points in an additional column to the data frame?
Also, the partmod function only handles one "burst" at a time. Is there a way to batch process this? Thanks in advance for your help.
