[annevolve] waybak perfect for 3 & 4 steps

The attached chromosome is for an ANN that resulted from a run of biggerun.bat that took about 21 hours. As you can see by the name it has 8 neurons, and the paths were 3 thru 6 steps. The correct bits amounted to 91%, but the few error were all in paths longer than 4, hence all 3 & 4 step paths had no errors.

But I'm running up against the practical limit of neuron size and path length. Increasing either one of those will result in a biggerun.bat run of several days.
