Fascinating ideas there.

His project is very, very ambitious, and he just might pull it off. His
editor (Aurora) was in a class by itself, IMO. For example, in the days when 
other
DOS editors were often limited to 64KB files, Aurora could handle files
up to a gigabyte if the machine had enough disk space. And, Jeff wrote a
new macro language to use to write Aurora. It was relatively easy for
users to extend Aurora using the macro language, and it was very fast.
