Dear Colleagues, On Thursday 29 October 2015, the IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination Group announced that it has finalised the IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal with the exception of one outstanding item.
The names part of the proposal is conditioned on ICANN-level accountability mechanisms currently under development in the Cross Community Working Group on Enhancing ICANN Accountability (CCWG). The full proposal will be sent to the NTIA via the ICANN Board once the ICG has confirmation from the CWG that its accountability requirements have been met.
