Is AIS’21 Online your first AIS Meeting?

We extend a warm welcome to delegates who have never attended any AIS Meeting
before – Our Newcomers. We have scheduled a Newcomers Session on the 28th May
from 8:30-11:00 UTC. This is a session to guide delegates on what to expect
during the meeting. It is important that all newcomers register as delegates
first before joining the session.

AFRINIC 33 Policy Development Process (PDP) on 2-3 June 2021

A key role of AFRINIC is to provide a forum where AFRINIC members, as well as
the Internet community, engage in discussions around Internet development in
Africa. It is also during this session that Internet policies are discussed by
the community to provide the guidelines determining the allocation, usage and
management of the critical Internet number resources. The management and
distribution of Internet resources are done as per these well-defined
policies.

In view of the important role your organisation plays in the growth of the
digital economy in Africa and beyond, we wish to invite your organisation to be
part of this important event through your participation. We will also have an
interesting discussion about building the digital economy in Africa on June 2nd
that you would not want to miss.
