Dear RIR Community,
Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notices on 8 May: (1)
requires Decisional Participants to “promptly inform their constituents” of the
delivery of such notices; and (2) triggers two 21-day Rejection Action Petition
Periods, during which an individual may submit a petition to any Decisional
Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.

Five Year Operating and Financial Plan will end at 23:59 PDT on 29 May 2023, or
